Al Ghazal does do not offer ‘Returns’ for any products.
You can exchange any product purchased from our website within 14 days from the date of delivery only if :

⦁ An exchange request has been made within the mentioned time frame
⦁ The product is damaged, stained, or defective at the time of delivery
⦁ The product received is different from the original order.
⦁ The product received is not the correct size.
⦁ The product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels and protective stickers.
⦁ Products with stains, body odor, perfume, water stains, or any type of marks on it will not be applicable for returns.
⦁ All items bought under sale or any other promotion are not applicable for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
