We currently have a 14-days exchange policy starting from the delivery date. As long as it complies with our terms and conditions, you can request a replacement if you’re unhappy with any product you receive.

Items with stains, odor emitting bodily fluids, damage, or dirty water will not be accepted for return or exchange. Labels on products must be complete.

You can contact us again if you believe a bug in the component or product application has already been introduced. Send us a request via email along with the image flaws as proof. We offer replacement if the product is unsatisfactory due to faulty materials or workmanship.
